At Vida Mía, our ultimate goal is for you to be completely in love with every piece you receive. If for any reason you need to make an exchange or a return, we want to ensure the process is as clear and seamless as possible.
Below, you will find our guidelines for both international and domestic orders:
1. General Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange or return, items must meet the following criteria:

Timeframe: Requests must be made within 30 calendar days from the delivery date of your order.

Item Condition: Products must be returned in perfect condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging.

Exceptions: Items purchased on sale, clearance, or during special promotional events are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
2. International Exchanges & Returns
If you are located outside of Colombia (United States and other international destinations), the process is as follows:

Step 1: Request & Reservation: Contact our customer service team at +57 315 4470690 / internacional@vidamia.co with your order number, stating the item you wish to return and the new piece you would like to receive. We will check availability and reserve the item for you immediately.

Price Adjustment: If the new item has a higher value, the difference must be paid before dispatch. If it has a lower value, we will issue a store credit (credit note) for your next purchase.

Step 2: Returning the Original Item: You will need to ship the item you wish to exchange to our authorized address in the United States: 10026 Winding Lake Rd, Apt 101Sunrise, FL 33351. The shipping cost and logistics management for this return are the responsibility of the customer.

Step 3: Shipping Your New Item: All international exchanges are dispatched directly from our distribution center in Colombia. The flat-rate international shipping cost for the new item is $20 USD, which is covered by the customer.
4. Refunds & Right of Retraction
If you prefer a full refund, we comply with standard consumer protection regulations:

Timeframe: Refund requests must be submitted within 5 business days of receiving your product.

Logistics: The customer must ship the item back to our designated facilities under the same perfect conditions mentioned in Section 1, covering the return shipping cost.

Processing: Once we receive the item and our quality control team validates its condition, we will process the refund for the value of the garment (excluding original shipping fees). Refunds take approximately 15 to 30 calendar days to reflect, depending on your payment method.
